Ricochet is a spline plugin that lets you bounce splines off surfaces like a laser. You can completely fill the volume of your model with hundreds of thousands of bounces, or you can wrap splines around and around your objects. Ricochet precalculates its entire path, so there is no need to guess where it will end up, or wait for the timeline to play every frame. It’s like a particle system without the particles and it opens up TONS of possibilities!
Ricochet easily creates looks you’ve never been able to achieve and unlocks special effects that would have been tedious or even impossible in the past. It’s an entirely new way to think about splines!

This thing is mighty!!! Just started to play around with it a little and I am so impressed by the speed of it. Cinema 4D is all about enabling creativity, Ricochet pushes that even further, opening up a whole new set of possibilities. Ricochet enables looks virtually impossible before.
