Not being able to find a single one was just as odd as it was frustrating. So huge thanks for putting this together, truly. The VDB smoke is a brilliant product – it’s hard to believe there’s not more out there as it’s really like 3d stock footage; making something that’s a pain to setup into a drag-and-drop experience. Having animated sequences is especially cool, and the durations (20 seconds mostly) are also very usable.
Saves so much time not having to do simulations and you have so many options to choose from. Rarely do I have to jump into Houdini or Xparticles unless I have to do something super specific.
