Joseph Wraith, a buddy of mine, modified a C4D Thinking Particle Rig to create a radioactive waste barrel that works in R14. The preset generates oozy goo which wraps around a barrel and drips down. There are lots of ways to csutomize the preset: go to the spray emitter and change the position of those two keyframes to speed up or slow down the animation. Go to the TP Friction User Data and change the friction amount to have the goo ooze faster or slower. You can also play with the particle count and speed etc. in the Spray Emitter User Data tab. Play around and enjoy. Maybe you can modify it to create something else like dripping water, ink, etc.
